A charming and atmospheric place. Each room different, with vintage furniture and linens. A converted farm, but the original building respected, possibly little altered.Lavish breakfast taken communally around large tables, so very sociable. Staff all pleasant and helpful, owners welcoming. There is a special meal for evenings and sunday lunch, menu depending on what is available from the farm. Our sunday lunch was an" occasion", and really delicious.
Bathroom took the vintage theme too far, poky and very small shower.

We loved it here! Celebrating our 30th anniversary, Masseria Il Frantoio was the perfect get away! The beautiful room, bursting with personality and the story of the Masseria, instantly captivated us. The staff members were incredibly kind, helpful, and exemplified true Italian hospitality. The food, prepared with local ingredients, was simply outstanding. The breakfast experience, with freshly made tarts and cakes, freshly squeezed oranges from the garden, and perfectly cooked eggs, was a delight. The charming ambiance, with a fire in the fireplace and attention to every detail, made us feel truly pampered. And the surroundings, with ancient olive trees and breathtaking nature, added to the overall splendor. A once in a lifetime experience that we can't wait to repeat!
Would recommend this hotel.

I treated myself to a two-night stay at this beautiful Masseria. The staff were incredibly welcoming and eager to ensure that I had everything I needed. The main house where I stayed felt like a lovely snapshot back in time, with pieces of history all around. The 8pm tour of the Masseria, led by the owner, was a highlight as he shared the fascinating history of the property. The 8-course tasting menu, with mainly plant-based dishes, was a culinary delight introduced by the owner himself. The food and wine were outstanding, possibly the best I've had in Puglia. The views and surroundings were fabulous, and the homemade Puccia from the honesty bar by the pool was a special treat.
Nothing to complain about at all. 😊

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to nearby attractions and beautiful surroundings. the room was comfortable and well-maintained, providing a pleasant stay. We loved the swimming pool, which was a great way to relax after a day of exploring.
The pillows in the room were too firm for our liking, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. There was no option for a late check-out, which would have been convenient for our travel plans.
